A little bit about Ximena
I moved to Florida in 1999 with plans of just coming to the United States to learn English as a second language. After a year, I decided that Florida was going to be my new home, so I enrolled in St. Petersburg College where I graduated with Cum Laude Honors in Graphic Design. I immediately started working for a Marketing/Design company where I gained most of my experience in the Advertising and Graphic Design field. I’ve always been drawn to be creative and working in advertising allowed me to do just that. Later on, I decided to go back to college and earned another degree in Web Design. I have worked for various entrepreneurial companies where I was the head of Marketing and Senior Graphic Designer - and to this day those companies still use my marketing pieces and have proven to be very successful. I continued working as a Senior Graphic Designer for a total of 10 years until I finally decided that Real Estate was my passion and ultimate goal, so I became a Real Estate Agent in 2015. In Real Estate, I enjoy meeting with new clients and educating them about the process when buying or selling a home. My vast advertising experience allows me to market a home with great creativity and knowledge in order to get faster results.
My motto is: “to do everything in life to the best of my abilities and to strive for excellence.” This desire to perform at the highest level has been a great attestation for all my clients’ referrals thus far. I love working with people and helping them navigate through the obstacles presented with each transaction. It’s very rewarding to fulfill and exceed my clients’ goals; to me it’s always important to provide you with the best possible Real Estate experience.
